•       All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

•       International customers will be charged in INR; currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.

•       Ethnic Ada reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

•       Promotional prices are valid only for the duration of the specified offer period.

•       Accepted payment modes: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

•       All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.

 

4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from Ethnic Ada. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

•       Pricing errors or system glitches.

•       Non-availability of stock after order placement.

•       Suspected fraudulent activity or payment failure.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bareilly UP, India.
